Spectrum Bakes is a social enterprise that creates neurodiverse employment and training opportunities.

A trio of nonprofits, all proceeds from Spectrum Bakes, Spectrum Designs, and Spectrum Suds go towards the ongoing expansion and advancement of hiring & retaining an inclusive and integrated workforce. Every hour of work allows people of all skill sets & abilities to flourish, improve self-confidence, make friends, gain independence, earn a paycheck, and so much more.

We partner with The Nicholas Center to ensure that all our staff have the support of educational specialists who can help with behavioral and personal goals, while aiding in the development of real world job skills.

Staff are paid at least minimum wage, creating an environment where both our employees and the economy can prosper.
