Fundraising FAQs

Who can fundraise with Spectrum Bakes?

We welcome all organizations – schools, churches/synagogues, youth groups, sports teams, after-school clubs, charities, and more. We also collaborate with for-profit companies to create temporary pop-stores that are only accessible to employees and/or clients!

How long does it take to set up the store?

Once we agree upon all of the details (product selection, delivery, pricing, etc.), we can “open” your store within 1-2 weeks.

Do purchases need to be made in advance? What about minimum orders?

All of our delicious treats are made-to-order, so there are NO upfront costs or minimum orders required! There is also no need to make bulk/advance purchases, so you don’t even have to worry about storing product.

How long does the store stay open?

On average, most remain open for 2-3 weeks but we can be flexible depending on your requirements.

Do I get to choose my products?

Yes, though we promise it will be hard to select which ones to feature! We offer hand-rolled Giving (granola) Bars, and an array of mouth-watering chocolate-dipped treats (Oreos, pretzels, s’mores, graham crackers). Plus, we can work with you on mixing and matching treats!

What percentage of my profits will my group receive?

Every organization has different requirements and we’ll work with you to accommodate your fundraising goals!

Where will the orders be delivered?

Orders can be shipped directly to each supporter. Alternatively, we can drop off all orders to one location (if within a 10-mile radius of our Port Washington or Pleasantville facilities), or ship bulk to one location to avoid individual shipping fees.

When shipping individual orders, where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere, even outside the U.S.!

Are there nuts in your products?

Our recipes are nut-free, but some ingredients may contain traces of peanuts.

Are you Kosher certified?

Yes, we are certified by OK Kosher.

When can I expect to receive my profit check?

Profit checks will be processed within 15-20 business days of your store closing date and will be made payable to your organization.

What if I’ve never tried your products?

No problem – we’ll be happy to send samples!
