Our recipe contains no nuts but some ingredients may contain traces of peanuts.
What is the shelf life of The Giving Bar?
Our product is made with all-natural preservatives and have a long shelf life. They do taste freshest within (6) months of purchase. They will last longest when stored in a cool, dark environment.

Are there any artificial sweeteners used?
Absolutely not! We use honey andbrown sugar. The sweet cranberry and chocolate chips add an additional natural sweetness to our bars. We do not add any chemicals or unnatural ingredients.
Are you Kosher certified?
Yes, we are certified by OK Kosher.

Subscriptions
Can I use the subscriptions as a gift?
Absolutely! Our handmade granola – available in both bars and bags – make a wonderful gift, as do our chocolate dipped treats. Just make sure you add the recipient's name and address at checkout.
Can I add or change my subscription?
Yes, this is all about convenience. Use the account you create at checkout to manage your subscription, or use the link below to send us a message and we'll help.
What is my time commitment?
A minimum of at least (3) months.

How quickly can I get my order?
Orders ship within (3) business days. If you or your recipient is on Long Island, your order can be delivered same-day by Trellus.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we can ship anywhere you need!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Standard US domestic shipping is free. For expedited shipping select a shipping option at checkout. We also offer the convenience of same day local delivery from Trellus.
Personalization and customization is what we do best. We can incorporate your logo, add sprinkles in colors of your choice, create tailor-made labels or tags, and more. The options are limitless!
Custom Orders
Can I get a logo imprinted on my custom order?
Yes, absolutely! When you place an order use the notes area to mention that you have a logo that you want to use; we'll reach out on the format required and how to send it to us. If you have any questions, call 516-888-9632 and we can help you!
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Depending on the size of the order, it can take one week to ship out. Contact 516-888-9632 for more information.
If I want to place an order for a wedding or another special occasion, how much notice do you need?
Ideally, we would like at least (2) weeks’ notice so we can plan the order for your special day, together!
Can you help with custom labels/tags?
Yes, we have an in-house Graphic Design team who can assist for an additional charge of $25 for customized artwork.
